She does not push you to sell low or list low, she has her input through market knowledge. Ammie will listen to your needs and desires concerning a sell or purchase. I had another agent for 6 months that was not professional, did not listen, was not responsive and did not know the market. Ammie has helped in the sell of 2 canal lots and 2 canal houses and has been GREAT!
